 City of Portola - Online Payments  

The City of Portola now accepts payments for fees and penalties online. Payments can be made with a major credit card, debit or pre-paid debit card, including:

Before making a payment, make sure you:
  • Know the type of payment you are making
  • Some payments require an invoice or reference number. Enter the invoice number without hyphens. Enter only the numbers. Example: For Invoice # 1011-2-12345 enter 1011212345
  • Be sure to pay the exact amount shown on the invoice, the mutual settlement letter, or the appropriate fee schedule.
